Ahead of the 40th Mar del Plata International Film Festival (November 6-16), the INCAA has signed three key contracts: premium hotel accommodation at the Hermitage for up to US$208,776, a parallel accommodation package for $64.123 million, and transportation services for $71.365 million. An additional contract for people transport was secured for $49.551 million. Shifts of 4/8 hours with overtime and contingency protocols were also established. On October 24, the Management of Administration and Finance awarded the festival's digital marketing to Fernando Daniel Margonari for $25 million (Open Purchase Order). The parallel accommodation, transportation, and digital marketing contracts are signed by manager Rolando Alberto Peppi. The Justice ruled that a WhatsApp message is valid as a telegram or a formal letter.
